Hearing loss can affect anyone, no matter their age. We at The Center for Audiology are prepared to treat hearing conditions of all kinds, no matter how serious they may be.
We offer the following testing, hearing loss treatments & services:
Comprehensive Audiological Evaluations
Evaluations include otoscopy measurements and assessments, tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, and audiometric evaluations.
Otoacoustic Emissions Testing
This test monitors the presence or absence of echoes in the inner ear using different auditory stimuli.
While there’s no cure for tinnitus, there are ways to make it better. At The Center for Audiology, we offer evaluations and treatment of tinnitus, commonly known as “ringing in the ears.”
Precise molds are taken of the ear for the manufacture of swim plugs, custom shooter protection, musician in-ear monitors, hearing aid ear molds, or noise attenutation plugs.
If you’re regularly exposed to loud noises above 85 decibels and you aren’t employing some kind of hearing protection, then you’re vastly increasing the chance of hearing loss down the road. We offer custom earmolds, protection for hunters and even in-ear monitors that allow musicians to protect their hearing without missing a note.
Hearing aids are the most common way for those afflicted with hearing loss to improve their hearing as well as their quality of life. Correctly diagnosed, your hearing aids will also improve the clarity of your hearing, making it easier to hold conversations, watch television and more. Hearing loops are an additional benefit that allow you to separate background noise from the sound you intend to hear by wirelessly connecting you to televisions, movies and more.
If your hearing aids aren’t functioning as well as they should, that doesn’t necessarily mean that your hearing loss is getting worse. Many common hearing aid repairs are available at The Center for Audiology that can improve the functionality of your hearing aids and make your life easier.
Personalized hearing aid fittings to match your hearing loss, lifestyle, and budget.
